1.3 Payments
Payment terms are agreed prior to the commencement of work. Invoices are due within the period specified on the quotation. Late payments may incur additional charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
1.4 Cancellations and Amendments
Any cancellation or amendment to agreed work must be made in writing. Costs may apply for cancellations after mobilisation or material procurement.
1.5 Access and Site Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access, permissions, and safety for our operatives and equipment on site. Any delay caused by access restrictions may result in rescheduling or additional costs.
